its not like the Israeli courts haven't been trying to be lenient with these twats either, the Israeli civil justice system is notoriously left wing (which is why we had the whole judicial reform shit a few years ago pushed by netanyahu), these cases have been getting dragged on for 20+ years, in most cases all the courts ask is for a tiny amount of rent to the proper owners (and by tiny I mean like 100$ a month) and to admit they don't own those houses because... they don't own them and refuse to admit it, they don't even have jordanian documents to prove ownership, because like I said, jordan never gave them those
