It's possible, but the logistics of doing something like this are pretty hard (that's what she said). First off, you would need to get 1000 people in one location, and assuming all of them actually show up have enough bathrooms, food, and chairs for the men to rest to wait for their minute.
I mean 1 minute of sex has to also include about 1 minute of each guy walking in after waiting in line, insertion and then thrusting.
