What other area has become more and more privatized and led to shit getting worse? Grocery stores? The internet? The oil companies (now that oil and gas prices are down a lot from a few years ago). Where are these completely privatized industries which have been getting worse, or the heavily regulated industries that have been getting better?
The only areas where medical care has been getting cheaper every year are in things where gov. and insurance companies don't touch, like lasik eye surgery. Did you know employer health insurance only really became a thing due to the wage controls and freezes the gov. put on people in the 60s and 70s, forcing companies to get into offering insurance because they were prohibited from offering employees more money?
