It's literally a motivation scam to push you into buying food supplements and giving views to fitness influencers. Biggest scam of the decade. Bodybuilding is only a bonus for the chads, those who already have a physical base and good bone structure, why is the first thing people talk about "cutting" and being lean? Well, because being lean is something that only benefits guys who are 1m80/90 and taller. What’s the point of being "LEAN" when you’re short, except to emphasize his adolescent bone structure ? And if you want to bulk up, you’re just going to look like a barrel. Ritual humiliation. It’s a scam for most men below 1m75/70 and around that height. Even in bodybuilding forums or even on /fit, when people give their height and weight, they’re all tall (Tall people act like Jews btw). Bodybuilding will accentuate the beauty of the tall, while for the short, the goal is to compensate, except it compensates nothing, it's just useless.Apart from the gymrats, I think that for many we fell into the scam of the self improvement movement. I just woke up now and realize i was scamed. And even on the health side, apart from feeling heavier and having a crumbled right shoulder, it hasn't changed anything lol, bodybuilding is not a healthy practice. In reality, if you weren't obese to begin with (most guys who start bodybuilding are skinny and not obese), you have no health problems. Total scam
The only positive thing is that it educated me about nutrition and that I stopped eating industrial stuff excessively and I discovered some goods nootropics which reduces my stress but that's all. And again, nutrinazim often turns out to be mental illness. And I could have discovered all that through another sport, doing 5 years of grappling would have brought me more than 5 years of pushing inert weights in the hope that it would improve me when nothing.
