a few seconds from what i remember, not particularly remarkable but its stressful as hell
its possible i was convulsing before i gained consciousness but i would have no way of really knowing without a camera or something, but my muscles do feel a little sore

Are all of your muscles sore or just one location? Did you work out recently? Sounds like more of a generalized seizure if the soreness is all over the place and you didn't do anything to make yourself sore.

each time it happens it seems to make the right side of my body the most sore, which makes me think its a focal seizure that affects the left side of my brain, which also explains why i can remember it
