Nowadays you have to dodge vaccines and toxic chemicals in the food supply, hormones in the water that attack the ability to produce testosterone, most people are addicted to some sort of information hazard and aren't really living their life but rather observing it from a detached distance, and those who are involved are fighting a grim war against a gigantic multinational hydra that is trying to own and control the world whether they know it or not. It's a lot to deal with. Just understanding what a man should be in this day and age took me until 32, undoing hormonal imbalances, detoxifying and building strength is an ongoing process. There's a lot to deal with, and most of it is completely new in this world.
