Look at how "UAPs" move, even their movements seem strange to us. It's fundamentally different than how a human would guide any kind of flying aircraft.
By the way, it's been stated in multiple eyewitness testimonies that Gray's crafts houses tech that doesn't make sense. Apparently they have no sense of interior design and they seem to have adopted tech from primitive species that they will have sitting right next to super advanced, incomprehensible technology.
People have speculated that they are extremely interested in technology of all kinds. My theory is that a lot of these weird looking drones are Gray's reverse engineering our drone technology.
Also, as far as the Congressional hearings have gone, they actually let it QUICKLY slip that the Gray's have a huge craft in the Atlantic Ocean that builds "to spec" UAP devices designed for a purpose.
The speculation from the US government is that there are only a handful of Gray's here and they only man their craft when they leave the Earth's atmosphere. Apparently the US Gov has been trying to capture a craft when they are leaving the atmosphere for years and haven't been successful.
They haven't had a Gray captured dead or alive since the early 60s. Apparently, when the Gray's first started arriving here they had some issues calibrating their craft for our gravity. This is what causes Roswell and a few other crashes.
The Gray's also will not allow themselves to be captured alive anymore. Even their unmanned craft have ways to self destruct or at the very least make all of the tech onboard unusable. Remember, it is now more or less confirmed that the US has craft had craft retrieval programs for decades.
