Even if this really happened and is not in this girl's head, call the cops. It's not the bartender's job, you're not "helping" or anything because if he gets knocked out while drunk he hits his head on the pavement and dies and the simps who helped go to jail for 20 years and lose their jobs.
He's drunk and has lost his inhibitions, the likelihood of violence is so high that you don't fuck with him, he would have to be like 5'11 for me to even think about pushing him around, even then if I push a little drunk man he could literally die from a hard shove.
Anyways, the girl could just... call the cops on the publicly drunk man stalking a woman and harassing her. It's their job to handle these things. The girl could also go back into the bar herself, or not get into the car with the drunk man in it. Fighting over an uber is RETARDED and you should never think of doing it, because you can wait 10 minutes and avoid knocking someone's skull onto the asphalt.
Fucking with someone who's drunk means you've just increased the risk of confrontation to an unacceptable level, when instead you could have just walked away, lost 10 minutes of time, then gone about your day.
