I built a homemade radio transmitter and receiver using red lithium batteries, wires, and other components. I brought it to school and kept it in my pocket. A staff member noticed it, touched my pocket without my permission, unzipped it, and took it out. They thought it looked like a bomb and confiscated it, even though I explained it wasn’t dangerous.

The school reported it as suspicious, and the police got involved. After investigating and consulting their supervisor, the police confirmed I hadn’t done anything illegal and that the device was harmless. They said there was no reason to take further action against me.

Despite this, the school made an orosanmälan (concern report) to Socialtjänsten/social services. A few days later, Socialtjänsten contacted me and accused me of being a criminal and a terrorist, even though the police had cleared me.

The school suspended me, and even though I’ve requested my device back, they refuse to return it. They’ve also filed other reports against me, which I believe ar
