Okay if you're really serious about meeting the devil, he literally appears to me sometimes so it's likely that if you spend time around me and you worship and pray to him he'll appear but only because I'm nearby. He seems kind of shy and he doesn't seem to like showing himself to others, I don't know why he shows himself to me so much, I am not evil or anything, I don't think I'm going to hell.
