I've played with people from so many different countries and their understanding of logistics, planning, combat tactics, and overall strategy almost reflects with what you see in the real world.
Indians don't understand combat tactics and logistics at all. South Americans are good at communicating and deploying tactics in small groups but don't care much for broader scope strategy (communicating with artillery effectively, not coordinate troops maneuvers, fortifying fall back lines, ect). Asians will always do the high IQ play (post up in a tank somewhere sneaky, snipe from a good vantage point, plant an MG in a choke point) but lack the chaotic mobility needed to play offensively. Middle Easterners play about how you expect they would and are extremely rag tag about it, even if playing a faction with modern equipment and gear. Eastern Europeans (RUS/UKR usually) thoroughly understand that armor complements infantry in advancements, but don't care about fortifying fallback lines or making good use of artillery.
