western europe will deindustrialize in the next decade i predict because without cheap russian energy, electricity costs are too high to justify manufacturing anything there, especially in germany which used to be a manufacturing haven.
the only one which will actually suffer longterm from this war in ukraine is western europe because germany will lose its economic edge from these incredible energy prices.
