I spent a good chunk of the beginning of 2024 homeless. In hindsight I am glad I am truly on my own now. I care about things like credit and putting money into passive forms of income now.

Thanks for the well wishes. As for your situation, I got a DUI in 2020. Due to the clusterfuck that happened at the state government level I somehow ended up losing my license for 3 years as opposed to the 6 months to a year I was supposed to lose it for which buttfucked my career and lead me into my situation at the beginning of 2024. I got arrested on Halloween this year after going on a drinking/strip club spree in Florida, but by some miracle my car was parked at some nice stripper's house before they came to get me and I can still drive and I got a slap on the wrist. Needless to say 2025 will be dry for me, but I am looking forward to boring. Happy New Year's anon good thread.

Yes and no. I started dieting an exercising, and my weak heart feels like normal again. I was afraid I was getting heart arythmia or almost clogged arteries. But I was also forced to change jobs because of a coworker who lies, cheats, and steals.
