earplugs, noise canceling headphones. if u have money, build a brick wall between u and his ac. it will reduce the noise a bit. if u share a wall in an apartment with him thats different. just ask him to turn it off at night or when hes not there so u can sleep. talk to the apartment manager or landlord about it.
