Yes it is also hell, all of human history is torture and toil and there's a great pain that comes with living on an individual basis too. It sucks man it's not fun but as gay as it sounds, go on a hike with no headphones, or go to the fucking park or something and just sit there with your thoughts. Introspect on your environment, take in your senses. What it's like to see beauty or hear or smell or think. It is seriously a gift dude and this isn't some hippy shit-- remove all the cynicism from your mind for like two seconds think about being alive. You have one shot to have even a drop of influence on the world, don't blow it.
