United Statesians especially are deluded into thinking that by making their companies stay in the US and not be outsourced for cheap, that they (the citizens) can have high paying jobs and a good lifestyle.
It's fucking retarded to think that you can get 50 dollars an hour for flipping burgers. The economy follows the laws of thermodynamics, things cannot be created, only transformed. The US has almost nothing to transform into capitalistic wealth for everyone, they only have so much. The only reason why your boomer parents made good money is because they just had gotten out of a World War where they plundered and taxed the fuck out of the loser countries, they were plundering commie countries and then plundering some more in other latinamerican/middle eastern shitholes.
You will never get a good paying job again because the US is not plundering as much at the moment.
All moments when the US had prosperity were either because they went to war with a country or because they made cheap labour easier (such as migration reforms and outsourcing laws).
