I am a 34 year old man. I have two college degrees, I make $45k a year in IT, I have an apartment, a car, and I am engaged to a beautiful 26 year old woman. And I like My Little Pony. I have watched every episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and bought dozens of episodes. I went to watch the 2017 MLP movie in theaters twice. I went to a brony convention in Kansas City. I wrote a 200k word MLP fanfic, and for 4 years I worked on an MLP fan-made video game. I only own a couple pieces of pony merch, but the wallpapers on all my devices are ponies. My fiancee has watched the movie and a few episodes with me, but it doesn't really interest her. We are both conservative pro-life Catholics who vote Republican. What are the political implications of this?
