The other aspects like self destructive behaviors, drinking self harm agoraphobia I've gotten the help i needed and I feel like I'm in a good place that i haven't mentally been at since 2017. If even that. I don't think some people are going to get better. It's not my fault. Not my problem either. You have to go out and do the work to better yourself.
