if you watch closely, it looks around 0:06/7 like she insta swallowed the whole thing. If it didn´t slid straight down to her stomach, it´s probably stuck somewhere in her guts and i doubt a handstand could fix that.
assuming the video is real but desu, i´m kinda on the verge that she died over it on the other hand, she probably freaked out and most people handle extreme sudden stress very badly.
