Ex wife is repeating cycles of following then breaking court ordered custody agreement. Refuses to coparent or seek coparenting counseling. Accused me of molesting my own children and assaulting her in an attempt for a restraining order and full custody w/ more child support back in 2023. Then she moved a hour away with no notice and enrolled my kids in a Catholic school. Now it’s my daughter’s 9th birthday and the ex says that last summer they already made plans to go to a concert and I won’t be getting her today. Last weekend she refused to meet for the exchange. The weekend before that she was snowed in.

I don’t love her anymore, I’m over it. Codependency, hoarding, and alcoholism run in her family, and she’d had suicidal ideation a few times when we were together. I just want the opportunity to live a normal life. I won’t kill her, because of my kids. My current attorney hasn’t done jack shit for me in my pursuit of 50/50 custody (in response to the 2023 incidents). What do I do?
