First In, First Out. You fucking rotate out supplies so the oldest prepwork and produce is used first and is easily reached. You try to tell someone about this as a quick tidbit, just seeing if they know it, and they look bewildered and completely lost despite working in the fucking food service industry themselves
Those are my main two examples, but holy shit you can see the decline in quality-of-life everywhere you look these days. Especially in just general education that should make up the foundation of people's knowledge. Any similar experiences worth sharing?
