A soul can't be something inactive. A soul is not like an empty bag where you throw in the feelings, the feelings ARE the soul.
Psychopaths act erratic because they don't feel. So nothing is there to give them seconds thoughts, making them do things that seem unthinkable to a man that is able to feel shame, or sorrow or regret.
