Wrt your question I'd say make a lot of cash, give roasties none of it - NEVER cuck into being a "provider" - then work on yourself spiritually.

Use some of your cash to care for homeless people in your local area when you're financially well off (including women, when it's obvious they're in extreme need - this latter point is vital not to spiritually cripple yourself).

There's more you can do, but that's what I'd start with.

I know how to cook and when my place isn't clean and I'm dealing with self care things I usually communicate that I want my man space, so that's reasonable... Usually (most) women get really shallow with those types of lists, I can also even agree with the colored woman on too many self help books (surprisingly)...
