ITT: Sports Stories you had when you were in high school. I'll start.

>sophomore, about five years ago
>starting defensive tackle on high school football team
>week three, playing a team who hasn't won a game in two years
>up 26-0 in 3rd quarter
>it's fourth down and the other team was punting the ball
>linebacker bro blocks the punt, defensive end scoops it up
>about five yards after running two guys from the other team catch up to him
>just before he goes down he laterals the ball back
>I'm right behind him, catch the ball
practically shitting spaghetti at that moment because linemen almost never have a chance to score, and here I am running a blocked punt back for a touchdown
>nobody withing ten yards of me
>running as fast as I can from the thirty to the end zone
>cross the goal line, ref calls >touchdown

>Do an awkward front flip roll thing in the end zone
>play gets called back due to excessive celebration
>get scolded by literally everyone on my team, coaches and players and even some fans
>mfw my only defensive touchdown got called back
>mfw I didn't start for the rest of the season were in high school.
