>>22054201The world of the dead has existed longer than any religion, even Hindu. If there was a correct religion, we would have figured it out by now.
The spirits look for ways to accomodate the soon-to-be-dead in the afterlife. They do acknowledge our religions, but until we beat "those" spirits, divinity will never truly be ours.
Let me explain.
When you touch something hot, you feel pain and heat in your finger. What that feeling actually is, is a spirit communicating with you. There are spirits that can send you pain signals, I call them "Iron Man" right now but they go by many names. These are the "Good spirits" that are fighting for you.
These spirits haven't assimilated to the hivemind where they ignore everything you say, and only send you pain messages when everyone else (the other spirits) actually is.
What if, when you touched something hot, you felt a good sensation instead? In order to make changes to the human being, to make changes like that, we have to topple the hivemind of the afterlife.
Only a competent spiritual leader can lead the effort to accomplish that feat. Sorry, but the Pope ain't it, but he could be, if anyone questioned him directly about the spirits.
