it's more of a psychological horror movie than anything
i never played silent hill, but i think the plot is vaguely similar

i used to be pretty diligent with skincare, but i gave up after i started seeing changes and also lost motivation from relationships and stuff.

i don't think it's even just my skin but maybe a fat distribution or bone structure thing. it's mostly visible on one side of my face, the undereye area and below on my cheek. i wonder sometimes if my maxilla narrowed from not wearing my retainer after using a palate expander and affected it.

what did you have in mind that could change my skin

eating better, eating less sugar, higher water quality in showers, retinol, washing your pillowcase, not sleeping on your face, avoiding stress, sleeping well

i think, if you're worried about your appearance to other people, it's best to avoid obsessing over single specific features
you get more bang for your buck by trying to marginally improve like 20 things, rather than trying to PERFECT every single feature one by one
