Waiting for others to come and find the Dhamma is a disservice to the Buddha. There are many willing men and women who desire to learn and embrace the Dhamma, they are out there looking for a guide but they can't find it. Because the Dhamma they find on their own is murky, it has been counterfeited by pop culture and leftist bias. Instructing people on the real Dhamma is a great source of merits, because a Buddha arises in this world to save living beings from the cycle of samsara, it is not shameful to talk about Dhamma, it is not wrong to invite anons to your Sangha.
