They posted the podcast video on July 30 2024.
Shultz was the co-owner of a "startup" called OverHere (which has done nothing but launch $HAWK and sell a literal rug referencing the FTX rugpull). On June 27 2024 they posted this thread that seeds the idea of Hawk Tuah memecoins and airdrop farming (pic realted).
On November 26 2024 they announced $HAWK would drop December 4 2024:
