I believe that if we knew all the initial states of every particle in a persons body and could control what stimulation they received, we could perfectly predict and control their behavior and thoughts. That to me means that their isn't freewill.
I consider us more like a "chaotic system" that is difficult to precisely predict and who's behavior diverges greatly from small changes in initial conditions.
