i tried reconnecting with old highschool friends (which went well, but i've been ignoring them for a week)
i really can't stand living with my family, it's so draining
i realize that as time goes on, you're expected to be MORE performative around strangers, not less. so if you don't have an existing support network, you're kinda fucked.
i don't know how to FORCE myself to interact socially. i can force myself to do plenty of degrading feats, but not that.
