I think it's very likely they are still dating.
This isn't even the first case of Miz and Emi going on a short break just to fall back into each others arms. (LA Halloween trip, Vegas Trip)
Emi is moving in 2 months and so is Miz.
You guys are drawing a conclusion and then whenever you see data you falsely use it to back yourself up even when it doesn't apply.
Just think back. When Miz saw the Kirby figure called it cute and 5 minutes later said wanted to buy gifts. Or when Miz called Victor and Emi said he sounded tired. OR when Sammit talked about his wife at home and Miz meowed right after.
Don't forget how much Miz talked about not wanting to do the rent a girlfriend and to rent a boyfriend instead.
Miz and Emi are still dating. (IMO)
My point being just try not to be blindsided and keep an open mind. Miz and Emi are both in a good mood and that's irrespective of what you would expect from a 3 year breakup.
