my oven is around 20 years old so i think it's not as hot as its thermostat reads, but yeah i might have to bring the temp down to 430f also for the 2nd half. my crust was a bit too hard, which i like for eating to be fair but it was a pain to cut.
thank you! yeah acacia does look very good, makes for a great cheaper option. i try to avoid plastics wherever reasonable for reasons such as that, but with cuttingboards it can be a bit of a pick your poison type scenario..does the smell of bleach stay on the cutting board much?
