i just do both to be honest and the occasional cigar, If you can get your hand on them I recommend getting the Velo, They help me not feel like shit and allow me to get a head rush when vaping.

I had a similar issue when i first started snus, it's just something you have to get used to as a new thing (I currently do 2, 9mg pouches). I can recommend getting something in your stomach before you dip and if you do get sick anything high in sugar will help with that.

Does the sugar immediately stop the nausea? I know the last time I tried Zyn, I was driving. I made it to work okay but there was no water, soda, or anything, so I had to sit at a desk with my head down for an hour until it passed. Luckily I was the only person there.

It isn't instant but it certainly helped when I was barely on 6mg and was given something like 12mg. It got super bad but I got over it in less than 30 mins.
