I am creating an image forum (I will not give the name or link because it violates the rules) and I would like you to recommend tools to me. My image forum is made with simple html and css code in notepad++ and before you say "Vichan", I already tried and I just couldn't, I don't have much knowledge in composer and all that stuff and I even think there may still be files out there that I didn't delete properly
