If you ate something along the lines of the following dinner:
-steak
-diced onions
-diced tomatoes
-pickle
It would be a protein rich, low calorie, zero carb meal with meat and vegetables. Add a bun and fake cheese, grind the beef into a patty, and un-dice the tomatoes now you have unhealthy slop. The key difference is the bun and cheese.
To any fat fucks out there, do what RFK Jr. suggests for 30 days. Eat beef, chicken, eggs, fish, pork at every meal. Add vegetables and fruits. Stop eating bread or grains of any kind. I'd drop dairy too since it's a crutch for fatties. Cut out processed foods, anything with sugar added to it, drink water and get some moderate exercise outside. I guarantee some of you fat blobs would drop 30 pounds in 30 days. But no, you'll just say it's too hard like a petulant 5 year old and go back to gobbling down your slop.
