but wes's friends surround wes and it gives wes more confidence then he should have and he hits the tall black dude with the weight belt then catches him in the eye or something then keeps hitting him after his is on the ground and the dude is already "done fighting" and then soccer kicks him in the head a couple times.
He then goes to court and tries to say something to the judge but the judge stops him and his lawyer asks him to not make any statements.
looks like wes will go back to jail. or maybe since he has so much money from being a "tuff fluincer" he will be able bail himself out if there is bail.
