Even when I was in the Ranger Regiment, I never went below like 9%, and that was tested in a hyperbaric chamber. I worked out for 3 hours a day and meticulously managed my diet for 6 days of the week, 7 if overseas. I've also never been injured, never been sick, rarely sore (often exhausted).
In my mind, being an office rat normie would be the only way to get a 6 pack because I'd rather have the fat.
>>2214669>>2214663If you're trying to lose weight, the best tip is to not use the scale at all. People get on there every day and brag about daily progress as if it means anything, it doesn't. Part of the cycle of becoming a healthy and presentable figure of the human race is to condition your brain to not need daily skinner rewards like 'progress' on a scale - especially because this almost invariably becomes negative as you didn't 'lose weight' that day and then you create excuses for the failure. (water weight! oh i just haven't shit yet! etc)
Getting fit (stronger, better at cardio, etc) is the number one goal, if you do this you will lose weight. Check bi-monthly if you must.
