idk about the theory anon wrote out, but it does kind of look like the silhouette of an r8, definitely a 2-door coupe of some kind.
look at the middle section of the illuminated license plate, where it meets the tail lights towards the bottom it tappers off widening at the base, just like an r8. the only thing i'm slightly skeptical about is how bright the taillights are illuminated, at first i thought he could be pressing the brakes, but then a middle brake light within the rear window would turn on, so he isn't pressing the brakes... it could also just be the dogshit 1 megapixel camera in pitch darkness taking an image of a speeding vehicle
i REALLY don't know any other sporty 2-door car that could have a silhouette like that with similar rear illumination. maybe a lexus lfa (even rarer than an r8, only a few hundred exist in america), but it's still closer to an r8 if anything
