I had reservations about the idea of eating one, but after eating one, I can confirm they are way worth it.

I just finished eating. It was great. The skin was crunchy with the parts underneath really soft.
The meat was nice as well. Falling off the bone but still was firm enough to not fall apart like with pulled pork.
