AIs are to be taken with hCG (and some AAS but for another reason) because gonadotropins increase expression of aromatase which is bad obviously. it's the first time i hear about brain damage from not enough E2 tho, afaik the scariest thing that can happen is a modest bone loss.

the E2 thing, I do know that it has been generally linked to neuroprotective and neuroplastic functions, that decline of E2 levels has been associated with cognitive decline, and in women dementia (I couldn't find anything dementia-related specifically on men, but interestingly, lower testosterone levels are also associated with cognitive decline, potentially because this leads to lower E2 levels?).
I'm not jumping into this immediately so I'll do my due diligence.

Jokes aside, I already eat lots of protein. I don't track grocery shopping but it's probably around 400 bucks per week, I should be good. I even learned how to cook recently and apparently you can ask uber eats ppl to leave food at doorstep without meeting them.
I should be fine on food side.
