That happens for actual Christians too, sure, but not to that degree. Similar to how whites also commit violent crime, just not nearly as much as blacks.

The treat a foreigner as a countryman phrases are used to mean one of these two things:
"Enlightened people can come from any nation" - which is true, look at different flags making good posts here. That is what your "neither greek nor jew, all are one in christ" really means. It doesn't mean they have to mix.
The other meaning is
"Allow them to assimilate if they are good natured if they are racially close and able" - which is obvious and goes against the Jewish custom of the time of treating only other Jews as people.
If God wanted racemixing, from a Christian perspective, he would not have made so many problems with it.
