Do you feel sorry for women who were beautiful when they were young but then lose it all? All that power, social capital and self-assurance which they had now cruelly taken away from them? In a way I prefer being an unattractive beta male, at least I got used to it quickly and adjusted my expectations of life accordingly and I lose nothing as I get older. In fact I become wealthier and my social capital increases. Unless a woman has capitalised on her beauty to marry a rich man before the wall looms then she can't say the same.
