Yes. Based noticer.

I made a sauce with 10% fat yogurt (they had no buttermilk) mayo, sriracha, garlic/onion powder, msg, salt, pepper, lemon juice and some herbs.

Yeah, that's pretty much all Buffalo Sauce is. The sauce you made sounds even better. I'll have to look into some different wing sauces for the next time I make them (except barbeque sauce or honey mustard, neither of which belong on wings). I've never seen anyone put panko on wings, but I imagine it's got to have a great texture. I already had fried chicken this week but now you're making me want more.

Yep, panko has a very good crunch, better than regular bread crumbs, and it stays crunchy for longer. I got the idea because I made panko fried haddock and it was very good so I thought I would try it with wings.

I wish they would sell only flats, I admit when I was a kid I though drums were better, the propaganda from cartoons got to me. One day I will make only flats just for the decadence.

It's the best way to cook em, especially saltwater fish. I would have done them on the bbq but I ran out of charcoals and was too tired to go go buy some. Try it some time.
