Anyway, if we're arguing that children cannot consent to the effects of puberty, then why do they not need to consent to medical intervention (puberty blockers)? Also, even if it's intended to stop grooming, that isn't going to stop the issue. This is like putting a bandaid next to a cut because you're worried the cut will spread to the healthy skin, rather than the cut itself. Finally, do you realize how many people out there would revel in the idea of blocking puberty until adulthood?
