>>22349524Paganism is not the worship of the secondary. There is nothing beyond the gods, as far as pagans believe. At least nothing that's worth worshipping. Christians seems to think that just because they defined everything as "having been created by god", or even in some cases "being god", they have everything covered. Then scoffing at people who point out the obvious fallacies that it leads to. Logically, both of these approaches have holes in them.
Besides, the gods are mostly for allegorical purposes anyways, story telling and such. There's no difference between a pagan that believes in an actual, physical chariot being driven around in the sky when it thunders, and the christian that believes in an actual talking donky, or a muslim that believes in an actual flying horse. Neither of those things actually exist, of course, but they have symbolic and spiritual meanings.
