https://ghostbin.com/paste/aajtjthey seem to be making it deliberately more difficult to filter them, by using less specific filenames and making new images more frequently. i'd recommend adding this to your filename filter list: /kagari/;stub:no; and just filtering the netherlands/bulgaria is pretty effective as well.
