It basically means that every movie or book or game or whatever has to be pro-nigger and as a viewer, it's your job to be able to quickly identify the nigger loving themes and interpret the story from that perspective. Like if a character engages in systemic racism, you need to immediately pick up on it and assume he's the antagonist in the story.
I remember back in the day how there were all these pseuds explaining how Inglourious Basterds was an anti-war movie because it depicted both sides unfavorably, or how Walter White was the good guy in Breaking Bad, and I was like no dude, you missed the whole fucking point of the movie.
