It is objectively comical to watch the ridiculous display put on in that video. It’s so over the top that it almost seems like it’s making fun of the concept of working out.
With that said, there’s nothing inherently wrong with waking up early and working out before starting the rest of your day. There’s just no need to get up at like 1 am or whatever it was, or to like exclusively drink and bathe with expensive bottled water
