That passage from Galatians was from a letter (epistle) that Saint Paul wrote to the Israelites in Galatia. He was specifically talking TO Israelites, dispersed since the time of the Assyrian captivity, and not to anyone else. The terms "jew" and "greek" used there were geographic designations, NOT ethnic ones.
All that Paul was saying is "It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, living in Judea or Greece, free or slave - as long as you're an Israelite (meaning: direct blood descendant of Jacob-Israel), you belong to Christ and you are an heir to the Promise of God". Anyone NOT descended from Jacob can go fuck themselves - they're not Men, they're beasts, they're serpent seed, they are goats and not sheep.
Christianity was, from the beginning, an explicitly RACIAL religion. The universalism that churches have been teaching for the last 1800 years (since Nicea) is, entirely and completely, blatant heresy and blasphemy. Where do you think Talmudists got the idea for a racial religion? They stole it from Christianity.
