>>22386785I think that there is no God and our morals are a combination of cultural and genetic evolution. I think that we should strive to be "good" just to spite the uncaring nature of the universe. Because clearly while morals might be a survival mechanism, I think like sex morality has become somewhat surrogate and people will perform good acts with no clear survival benefit but simply for the pleasure of performing good acts in this way a sort of transendence to a "divine goodness" is achieved through a purely atheistic framework.
I think that people should try to be less evil whatever that means to them.
